Football Rules are concrete but still subject to interpretation at times. Spirituality is ethereal and subject to interpretation from individual to individual. Football Rules are rarely changed and it takes almost an act of Congress to change but even one of them. Football Rules are concrete but still subject to interpretation at times. Spirituality is ethereal and subject to interpretation from individual to individual. Football Rules are rarely changed and it takes almost an act of Congress to change but even one of them.
